如果您的企业进行某项研发，建议您和研发人员签订书面合同，对研发成果的归属作出明确约定，否则一旦成果被认定为非职务发明创造，那么享有专利权的将是该研发人员而非企业，您将遭受巨大的人力和资金损失。

If your enterprise conducts a certain Research&Development(R&D)project,it is suggested that you sign a written contract with the R&D personnel to agree on the ownership of the R&D results.Otherwise,once the R&D results are found not to be service invention-creations,the patent will be entitled to the R&D personnel while not be your enterprise,and you will suffer tremendous manpower and capital losses.

专利申请要求有新颖性，如果您在中国政府主办或承认的国际展会上展出，或在规定的学术会议、技术会议上首次发表了您的发明创造，他人未经同意泄漏了该发明创造，您应当在六个月内向中国专利局申请专利，否则您的专利将不能在中国得到保护。

Patent application requires element of novelty.If you present your invention at an international exhibition sponsored or recognized by the Chinese government or publish it at a prescribed academic or technical conference for the first time,or if someone else discloses your invention without your consent,you should apply this patent to the China Patent Office within six months,otherwise your patent will not be patentable in China.

商标的注册并不是一劳永逸的，如果您在获得商标专用权之后连续三年不实际使用商标，他人可以申请撤销您的商标，这将给您带来不可挽回的损失。建议您注意保存商标使用的记录。

Trademark registration is not a once-for-all act.If you do not actually use a trademark for three consecutive years after you have obtained the trademark right,then a third party can apply for the cancellation of your trademark,which will bring you irreparable losses.It is recommended that you keep records of the use of your trademarks.

您应当按照注册的商标标志使用商标，不得改变商标的任何文字、图形、字母、数字或颜色，否则您的商标将有可能被撤销，甚至侵犯他人的商标专用权。您还应当仅将该商标使用在核准的商品类别上。

You should use a trademark strictly in accordance with the scope of the trademark granted,without changing any text,graphics,letters,numbers or colors,otherwise your trademark may be revoked,or your use of a trademark may even infringe upon the trademark right of others.You should also use the trademark only in the approved commodity category.

如果您经他人许可使用其知识产权或受让他人知识产权，您应当对该知识产权的权利人、状态、保护期进行充分的检索，以防对方并不是真正的权利人，或者权利已丧失或过期。

If you use intellectual property rights licensed by or assigned from a third party,you should make a full research of the right holder,right status and period of protection,in case that the licensor or transferor is not the real right holder,or that the rights have lost or expired.
